LANDLORD AND TENANT ISSUES

Picture
Before You Sign A Lease
The search for housing can be stressful.  Before you sign a lease, contact Student Legal Services for a lease review.  Student Legal Services can help students review leases, make roommate decisions and agreements, provide rental search education, and many other issues that should be addressed prior to signing a lease.

During Your Lease
Student Legal Services can help students navigate roommate issues, sublet their apartments or sublease from someone else, or possibly terminate their lease early.  There are many rights you should be aware of, including but not limited to, release from a lease due to the apprehension of danger from domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.

Ending Your Lease
Student Legal Services is available to assist students in enforcing their rights when it is time to move.  Whether it is an eviction action, move out procedures, security deposit issues, or notification requirements, Student Legal Services has the experience to get the job done.

Housing can be one of the most difficult decisions students make, but before, during, and after signing a lease, Student Legal Services has you covered.  If you have any questions or concerns, Schedule an Appointment for your consultation today!
